Our Values

Undera Primary School’s values reflect a common understanding within our school community:

Upholding these values is a cooperative effort involving the students, teachers and parents of our school. We are committed to ensuring that every student has the right to learn, and every teacher has the right to teach, in a safe, positive and supportive environment.

We are an SWPBS School (School-Wide Positive Behaviour Supports) and have worked collaboratively with students to develop a set of values that align with our school expectations. 

Students earn points through Class Dojo for displaying values and get to spend their accumulated points each week in the Dojo Shop. 

We also have a 4 week focus on particular behaviours aligned to the values. This focus is identified through student survey data, student behaviour data and/or teacher observation. Students are all aware of the current focus and what they need to do to display this value at school, at home and within the community.
